Operated by Luminelle Publishing (OPC) Private Limited

Effective Date: August 15, 2026 · Last Updated: August 15, 2026

1. Copyright Ownership and Licensed Content

Tsuki Comics ("Tsuki," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of creators, publishers, licensors, and copyright owners. Tsuki Comics is a digital comics platform operated by Luminelle Publishing (OPC) Private Limited and provides users with access to manga, manhwa, manhua, translations, localized editions, artwork, illustrations, text, graphics, and other digital content.

Much of the content made available through Tsuki Comics is provided pursuant to licenses, permissions, publishing arrangements, or other lawful rights obtained from the relevant copyright owners or authorized representatives. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in individual works generally remain with their respective owners unless expressly transferred to or owned by Tsuki or its affiliates.

The Tsuki Comics website, application, branding, logos, original text, interface, design elements, and other materials created specifically by or for Tsuki may be owned by Luminelle Publishing (OPC) Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Tsuki takes copyright protection seriously and expects users, creators, rights holders, and other parties interacting with the Platform to respect the rights of copyright owners.

The Copyright Act, 1957 provides copyright owners with rights and remedies against unauthorized reproduction, distribution, communication, and other infringing uses.

2. Prohibited Copyright Infringement

Users may access Tsuki Comics content only for the purposes and in the manner permitted by the applicable Terms of Service, subscription terms, license restrictions, and applicable law.

Unless expressly authorized by Tsuki or the applicable copyright owner, users may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, scan, photograph, or redistribute substantial portions of Tsuki Comics content;
  • Download, extract, archive, or store digital comics outside permitted Platform functionality;
  • Upload Tsuki Comics content to another website, application, file-sharing service, social-media account, or other platform;
  • Reproduce or distribute unauthorized translations or localized versions;
  • Remove copyright notices, creator credits, watermarks, or other rights-management information;
  • Sell, license, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit Tsuki Comics content;
  • Create or distribute unauthorized derivative editions of the content;
  • Use automated systems, scraping tools, bots, or similar technology to systematically copy or collect copyrighted material;
  • Circumvent technological measures intended to protect digital content; or
  • Assist, encourage, or facilitate another person's copyright infringement.

Limited uses that are permitted under applicable law, including statutory exceptions or fair dealing provisions, are not prohibited by this Policy. The Copyright Act, 1957 recognizes certain limited exceptions to infringement, including specified forms of fair dealing for purposes such as research, private study, criticism, review, and reporting current events.

3. Copyright Complaints and DMCA-Style Notices

If you believe that material available through Tsuki Comics infringes your copyright or the copyright of a person or entity you are authorized to represent, you may submit a written copyright complaint to Tsuki.

Although Tsuki is operated in India and copyright matters may be governed by applicable Indian law, Tsuki accepts properly prepared DMCA-style notices from rights holders and authorized representatives as a practical mechanism for reporting alleged online infringement.

A copyright complaint should contain sufficient information for Tsuki to identify the allegedly infringing material and assess the claim. To the extent applicable, a notice should include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed;
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material available on Tsuki Comics;
  • The specific URL, page, title, chapter, image, or other location where the material can be found;
  • Your full name and contact information, including email address;
  • A statement explaining your ownership of the copyright or authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law;
  • A statement that the information contained in the complaint is accurate; and
  • A statement confirming, where applicable, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Providing detailed and accurate information helps Tsuki investigate complaints efficiently.

4. Submitting a Copyright Notice

Copyright complaints should be submitted through the copyright contact or support channel designated by Tsuki Comics.

Copyright Contact:
Luminelle Publishing (OPC) Private Limited
20/487-A, Koovappady P.O.
Kunnathunad, Ernakulam, Kerala, India
Email: licensing@tsukicomics.com
Website: tsukicomics.com

Where a dedicated copyright email address is established, rights holders should use that address for infringement notices rather than general customer-support channels.

A complaint should identify the specific work and specific material at issue. General statements alleging that "all content" is infringing, without sufficient identifying information, may delay the review process.

Tsuki may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to verify the complaint, ownership claim, or authority of the reporting party.

5. Review and Action on Valid Complaints

Upon receiving a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint, Tsuki may review the reported material and the information provided by the complainant. Depending on the circumstances, Tsuki may:

  • Temporarily restrict access to the reported material;
  • Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material;
  • Contact the relevant creator, uploader, publisher, or rights holder;
  • Request additional documentation concerning ownership or authorization;
  • Review Tsuki's licensing or distribution records;
  • Correct or update attribution information;
  • Restore material where the complaint is determined to be unfounded; or
  • Take other action reasonably appropriate to the circumstances.

Tsuki may also take action where it independently becomes aware of credible evidence that material available through the Platform may infringe copyright or violate a licensing restriction.

Tsuki does not guarantee that every complaint will result in removal. Copyright disputes may involve ownership questions, licensing arrangements, fair dealing, permissions, territorial rights, or other legal issues that require further investigation.

Under Indian law, copyright owners may have civil remedies including injunctions and damages in appropriate infringement cases.

6. Counter-Notices and Disputed Claims

If material has been restricted or removed because of a copyright complaint and the affected party believes that the removal was mistaken, unauthorized, or otherwise unjustified, that party may contact Tsuki with information supporting its position. A response should identify:

  • The material that was restricted or removed;
  • The reason the party believes the material should remain available;
  • Evidence of ownership or authorization, where applicable;
  • Relevant licensing or permission information;
  • Any information demonstrating that the reported use is lawful; and
  • Contact information for further communication.

Tsuki may review counter-claims and may request additional documentation from either party.

Where the dispute concerns competing ownership claims, Tsuki may maintain the restriction while the parties resolve the dispute directly or through an appropriate legal process. Tsuki does not act as a court and does not make binding determinations concerning disputed copyright ownership.

7. Repeat Infringement and Rights-Holder Protection

Tsuki expects users and contributors to respect copyright and other intellectual property rights. Where appropriate and permitted by law, Tsuki may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or access associated with repeated or serious copyright infringement. Factors that may be considered include:

  • The seriousness of the alleged infringement;
  • Whether the user has received previous copyright warnings;
  • Whether multiple infringement complaints have been substantiated;
  • Whether the user continues the conduct after receiving notice; and
  • Any other relevant circumstances.

Tsuki may also cooperate with copyright owners, publishers, licensors, law-enforcement authorities, courts, or other legally authorized bodies where required or permitted by law.

Tsuki reserves the right to take appropriate measures to protect its own intellectual property, the rights of creators and publishers, and the integrity of its licensed content library.

8. Misrepresentation and Abuse of Copyright Procedures

Copyright complaints should be submitted only by copyright owners or persons authorized to act on their behalf. A person who knowingly submits materially false or misleading information may be responsible for resulting consequences under applicable law. Accordingly, complainants should ensure that:

  • They genuinely believe the reported use is unauthorized;
  • The information provided to Tsuki is accurate;
  • The reported material is correctly identified; and
  • They do not use the copyright complaint process to interfere improperly with lawful content, criticism, commentary, reviews, or other legally protected activity.

Tsuki may decline to act on incomplete, clearly abusive, fraudulent, or unsupported complaints and may request additional evidence before taking action. Nothing in this Policy prevents a legitimate copyright owner from pursuing remedies available under applicable law.

9. Policy Updates and Contact

Tsuki Comics may update this Copyright & DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its Platform, licensing arrangements, copyright procedures, applicable law, or business practices. The latest version will be published through the Platform and will include an updated "Last Updated" date.
