1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Tsuki Comics operated by Luminelle Publishing (OPC) Private Limited.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering contracts, be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, and provide accurate account information.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, and activities occurring under their accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Digital Content License

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Tsuki Comics grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content solely for personal, non-commercial use. No ownership rights are transferred.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Tsuki Comics including manga, manhwa, manhua, localizations, artwork, logos, software, and user interface elements are owned by Tsuki Comics, licensors, publishers, creators, or rights holders.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, scraping, or republication is prohibited.

6. Subscription Services

Tsuki Comics is a subscription-based digital comics platform. Users with an active subscription receive unlimited access to the Platform's available library of localized manga, manhwa, and manhua for the duration of their subscription.

The Platform does not offer premium chapters, pay-per-chapter purchases, microtransactions, or any additional content purchases beyond the subscription fee.

7. Billing and Payments

Payments are processed through Paddle as the Merchant of Record.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Platform are exclusive of applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes, including GST, VAT, sales tax, or similar governmental charges, will be calculated and added during checkout where required by law.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charges for your subscription.

8. Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through the payment management tools provided by Paddle.

9. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription has commenced.

Tsuki Comics operates solely on a subscription-based model and does not offer individual chapter purchases, premium chapter unlocks, or other microtransactions.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial or prorated refunds will be provided unless required by applicable law.

Any refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law and our Refund Policy. Chargeback abuse or fraudulent refund claims may result in suspension or termination of the user's account.

10. Tipping

The Platform may allow users to make voluntary custom-amount tips. Users are free to choose the amount they wish to contribute.

Tips do not provide additional access to content, features, or services and are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

11. User Conduct

Users may not violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, circumvent platform security, use bots or automated scraping tools, distribute malware, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, or re-upload platform content elsewhere.

12. DMCA and Copyright Complaints

Rights holders may submit infringement notices containing identification of copyrighted work, identification of infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, and an authorized signature.

Verified violations may result in content removal.

13. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, copyright violations, chargeback abuse, security threats, or violation of these Terms.

14. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminelle Publishing (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.

16. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luminelle Publishing (OPC) Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and partners from claims arising from user content, violations of law, or violations of these Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in India.

19. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
