Creator Tipping & Digital Service Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Creator Tipping & Digital Service Policy ("Policy") explains the terms applicable to the digital subscription services and creator tipping functionality offered through Tsuki Comics ("Tsuki," "Tsuki Comics," "we," "us," or "our").

Tsuki Comics is a subscription-based digital comics platform operated by Luminelle Publishing (OPC) Private Limited. The Platform provides users with access to licensed manga, manhwa, manhua, and related localized digital content through its subscription service.

Tsuki does not operate a virtual-goods system. The Platform is not based on the purchase, collection, exchange, or redemption of virtual goods, tokens, digital currencies, or similar items.

Where creator tipping is available, tipping is an optional feature that allows users to provide voluntary financial support. A tip is separate from the user's subscription payment and is not required to access the subscription service.

This Policy should be read together with Tsuki Comics' Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Tsuki Comics offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on tips, on the same terms as our subscription plans.

If you would like your money back for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of your tip, and we will refund the amount you paid. You do not need to provide a reason, and no conditions apply.

To request a refund, contact us through the support channel on the Platform, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net using the details on your receipt. Including your account email address and your Paddle order or transaction reference helps us locate the payment quickly.

Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, or complete payment-card numbers. We never need this information to process a refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle. The time taken for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.

3. Digital Subscription Service

Tsuki Comics operates primarily as a subscription-based digital service rather than a marketplace for individual digital items.

Depending on the subscription plan selected, an active subscriber may receive access to the manga, manhwa, manhua, and other digital content made available through the applicable subscription library. The subscription service may include:

• Access to eligible digital comics available through the Platform;
• Reading access during the active subscription period;
• Access to new eligible content added to the subscription library;
• Use of the digital reading functionality provided by Tsuki; and
• Other subscription benefits expressly described by Tsuki.

The subscription does not transfer ownership of any underlying content to the subscriber. Users receive a limited right to access and use the digital service during the applicable subscription period, subject to the Terms of Service, licensing restrictions, and applicable law.

Subscription prices, billing periods, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Tsuki's Refund & Cancellation Policy. Applicable taxes, including GST or other taxes required by law, may apply. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your transaction.

4. Creator Tipping

Where creator tipping is available, users may voluntarily provide financial support to creators or other eligible recipients identified through the Platform. Tipping is completely optional and is not necessary to:

• Maintain an active subscription;
• Access subscription content;
• Read eligible manga, manhwa, or manhua;
• Unlock individual chapters included in the subscription; or
• Continue using the ordinary Tsuki Comics service.

A tip should be understood as voluntary support and not as the purchase of a particular chapter, guaranteed future content, personalized service, investment, or financial return.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by Tsuki, making a tip does not guarantee that:

• A particular creator will produce additional content;
• A particular title will remain available;
• A creator will respond personally;
• A specific chapter will be released by a particular date; or
• The user will receive any benefit beyond the tipping functionality expressly described at the time of the transaction.

Creators and other users must not falsely represent that payment of a tip is required to access subscription content or that a tip guarantees a particular result.

5. Prohibited Tipping Activity

Users may use the tipping functionality only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with Tsuki's Terms of Service and applicable law. The following activities are prohibited:

• Using stolen or unauthorized payment information;
• Making fraudulent tipping transactions;
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with payment processing;
• Using tipping to facilitate unlawful activity;
• Misrepresenting the purpose or recipient of a payment;
• Using tipping to harass, threaten, pressure, or improperly influence another person;
• Circumventing restrictions imposed on an account; or
• Using the tipping feature in a manner that violates applicable law or Tsuki's Platform rules.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, Tsuki may cooperate with payment providers, law-enforcement authorities, regulators, courts, or other authorized parties concerning suspicious or unlawful transactions.

6. Digital Service Changes and Policy Updates

Tsuki may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue portions of its digital subscription service, including particular features, titles, chapters, or other content, where reasonably necessary. Changes may occur because of licensing arrangements, rights-holder requirements, changes in publishing rights, legal or regulatory requirements, technical or security considerations, or other legitimate business circumstances.

Tsuki does not guarantee that a particular title, chapter, creator, feature, or other item will remain available indefinitely unless expressly stated otherwise.

Tsuki may also update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, subscription service, tipping functionality, payment arrangements, or applicable law. The latest version will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date.

7. Consumer Rights

Tsuki Comics administers refunds in accordance with applicable Indian law and other mandatory legal requirements. Nothing in this Policy removes, excludes, or restricts any statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any lawful right to dispute a transaction with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Users outside India may have additional mandatory consumer protections under the laws applicable to their location. Where such rights cannot legally be excluded, this Policy will not be interpreted as excluding them.

Questions concerning the digital subscription service, creator tipping, payment issues, or this Policy may be submitted through Tsuki Comics' designated support or contact channels.

By using Tsuki Comics, users acknowledge that the Platform is primarily a subscription-based digital service, and that creator tipping, where available, is an optional feature separate from the subscription.

Nothing in this Policy transfers ownership of any manga, manhwa, manhua, artwork, translation, character, or other intellectual property to a user.
